1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Nicole Lindo Hair Extensions & Color and C.A.P.—Crown Artistry Professionals website, app, accounts, salon booking tools, products and educational content. By using the app, creating an account, booking an appointment, submitting an inquiry or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the app or purchase through it.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase, or you must have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate information, protect your password and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Your account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, share or allow another person to use your account to access purchased C.A.P. EDU content. We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms or comply with law.

3. Service Information and Starting Prices

Descriptions, photographs, service times and starting prices are provided for general planning. Final pricing and timing may vary based on hair length, density, condition, product usage, desired result, extension method, maintenance needs and work required. A consultation may be required before extensions, hair-loss solutions, corrective color or other customized services can be booked.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance as a client, a particular method, result, price or appointment time.

4. Salon Deposits and Appointments

A nonrefundable deposit or consultation fee may be required to reserve an appointment. The amount shown during booking will be applied as stated at checkout. A reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit or fee is successfully paid and confirmation is issued.

At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel or request to move an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend, the deposit is forfeited. A new deposit may be required before another appointment is reserved.

Please arrive on time. A late arrival may require the service to be shortened, modified or rescheduled so later clients are not delayed. If there is not enough time to perform the service safely and properly, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the deposit may be forfeited.

We may reschedule an appointment because of illness, emergency, severe weather, equipment failure or another circumstance outside our reasonable control. When we cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative, the amount paid for the unperformed service will be refunded or transferred at your choice.

5. Consultations and Client Information

You agree to provide complete and accurate information about relevant hair history, chemical services, extensions, scalp concerns, allergies, sensitivities, medications or other factors that could reasonably affect a cosmetic service. Withholding relevant information may affect results or require us to decline, modify or stop a service.

Consultations and salon recommendations are cosmetic and educational. They are not medical diagnosis or treatment. We may recommend that you consult a qualified healthcare professional when a scalp or hair-loss concern appears outside the scope of salon services.

6. Hair Extensions, Wigs, Toppers and Custom Orders

Extension hair, wigs, toppers, integration systems, custom colors, custom densities and other specially ordered products may require payment before ordering. Because these items are ordered, prepared, colored, cut or customized for an individual client, they are final sale once the order has been placed, except when required by law or when we confirm a covered defect.

Hair that has been opened, worn, installed, cut, colored, chemically altered or otherwise changed cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitation and customization reasons. Color, texture and wave pattern may vary slightly because hair is a natural product and because screens display color differently.

Longevity and results depend on the client’s natural hair, method, home care, products, lifestyle and maintenance schedule. We do not guarantee a specific wear period when aftercare or maintenance instructions are not followed.

7. Salon Results and Adjustments

Beauty services involve professional judgment and individual variation. Inspiration photographs are references and do not guarantee an identical result. If you have a concern about a completed service, contact us within seven calendar days so we can assess the service. Any adjustment must be approved and performed by us. Choosing another provider to alter the work before we assess it may make an adjustment unavailable.

Completed salon services are not eligible for cash refunds merely because preferences change or because maintenance or home-care instructions were not followed. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. C.A.P. EDU Purchases and License

Unless a product page states otherwise, C.A.P. EDU products are licensed to one purchaser for personal professional development. You may download and use editable forms, worksheets or templates within your own salon practice only to the extent expressly permitted on the product page.

You may not reproduce, publish, resell, sublicense, share, upload, distribute, teach from, remove branding from or create competing products from C.A.P. EDU videos, courses, downloads, calculators, scripts, workbooks or other materials without written permission. Purchase does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.

Educational content reflects professional experience and is provided for education, not as legal, medical, tax or financial advice. Completion of a product does not grant certification, licensure or authorization to perform a regulated service unless a specific program expressly states otherwise.

9. Payments Through Square

Square processes payments and may present its own checkout terms, privacy notices and buyer features. You authorize the displayed charge, applicable taxes and other clearly disclosed amounts when you submit payment. We may cancel or hold an order when payment is declined, reversed, flagged for review or associated with suspected fraud.

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and delivery information.

10. Digital Delivery and Technical Access

Digital products are delivered through the C.A.P. EDU library, download link or another method stated on the product page. You are responsible for using a compatible device, maintaining account access and downloading permitted files within any stated availability period.

If a purchased file is missing, corrupted or technically inaccessible, contact us so we can restore access or provide a replacement. We may update, correct or replace educational content without guaranteeing that every prior product will receive ongoing updates.

11. Intellectual Property

The app, branding, logos, photographs, service descriptions, videos, course materials, forms, text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Nicole Lindo Hair Extensions & Color or C.A.P. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No right is granted except the limited personal use expressly described in these Terms.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape or copy content, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, submit false professional credentials, use another person’s payment information or use the app for unlawful activity.

13. Third-Party Services

The app may rely on or link to Base44, Square, Vimeo, YouTube, Instagram and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for interruptions or changes caused solely by a third-party service, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with a purchase or access problem involving our offering.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app and educational content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or guarantee a particular business, income, educational, hair-growth or salon result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nicole Lindo Hair Extensions & Color and C.A.P. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the app or educational materials. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes and Termination

We may update the app, offerings and these Terms. The effective date will be revised when the Terms change. We may discontinue an offering or restrict access when reasonably necessary, but discontinuation will not remove a purchaser’s right to receive a product already paid for unless a refund or reasonable replacement is provided.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Duval County, Florida, unless applicable law requires another location.
