EDU, or otherwise communicate with us.

We provide salon services and professional beauty education in Florida. Our services are offered by appointment in the Jacksonville, St. Augustine and St. Johns areas.

2. Information We Collect

  • Contact information, including your name, email address, telephone number, Instagram handle and mailing or billing address.
  • Account information, including login credentials, account preferences, saved products, purchase history and access permissions.
  • Appointment and transaction information, including requested services, appointment dates, deposits, payments, refunds, receipts and order status.

Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, Social Security numbers or other information that is not needed for a salon consultation or purchase.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you when you create an account, complete a form, upload a photograph, book an appointment, make a purchase, apply for professional access, subscribe to updates or contact us. We may also receive transaction, booking, account and technical information from the service providers that operate the app, host content, process payments, provide analytics or support communications.

4. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and recommend an appropriate consultation or service.
  • Schedule, confirm, manage and document appointments.
  • Review hair-extension or hair-loss-solution inquiries and uploaded photographs.
  • Process deposits, purchases, refunds and receipts.
  • Create and maintain client and professional accounts.

  • Prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized access or violations of our policies.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, licensing and regulatory obligations.

Hair and scalp information is used to support cosmetic consultation and salon-service planning. It is not used to diagnose or treat a medical condition, and our app is not a medical service.

5. Payments and Square

Payments, deposits and certain appointment functions are processed through Square. When you pay through Square, Square collects and processes payment-card and transaction information under its own privacy notices and terms. We may receive transaction details such as your name, contact information, amount paid, service or product purchased, payment status, receipt information and limited payment-method details. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number through the app.

6. When We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to:

  • Base44 and other providers that host, maintain or secure the app.
  • Square and other providers that process payments, appointments, receipts and transaction records.
  • Providers that support email, text messaging, file storage, forms, analytics, customer service and business operations.
  • Professional advisers, insurers, accountants, attorneys or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, respond to legal process or investigate fraud or safety concerns.
  • A successor or acquiring organization in connection with a merger, financing, sale, reorganization or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use identifiable client hair or scalp photographs in advertising, education or social media without separate permission. Service providers may process information only for the services they provide to us and under their own applicable terms and privacy obligations.

7. Photographs and Media Consent

Photographs submitted for an inquiry or consultation are used to evaluate your requested cosmetic service and communicate with you. Permission to use photographs for our portfolio, website, app, education or social media is requested separately. Declining promotional use will not prevent you from receiving services.

If you previously granted promotional permission, you may withdraw that permission for future use by contacting us. Withdrawal may not require us to recall materials that were lawfully published or distributed before we received your request.

8. Cookies and Analytics

The app and its providers may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for essential account functions, security, preferences, performance and analytics. Browser controls may allow you to limit certain cookies, but disabling essential technologies may prevent some account, booking or checkout features from working.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain client and purchase records, deliver purchased content, resolve disputes and meet legal, tax, accounting and licensing obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the reason it was collected. We may retain limited records of completed transactions even after an account is closed when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. No website, app, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your password and notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

11. Your Choices

You may:

  • Review or update certain account information through your account.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of information, subject to records we must or are permitted to retain.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the link provided in the message.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of marketing text messages when that option is provided. Appointment, transaction or service-related messages may still be sent when needed to fulfill your request.
  • Withdraw future promotional use of your photographs by contacting us.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request.

12. Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the app. A parent or legal guardian must manage inquiries, accounts, consent and purchases for a minor salon client when required.

13. External Links and Third-Party Services

The app may link to Square, Instagram, Vimeo, YouTube or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party websites or services.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology or legal obligations change. The revised version will display an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app, account or contact information you provided when appropriate.
